HR Sr Analyst - Korean Speaker - HR LATAM

Responsibilities
  • Corporate Culture (50%): HQ and LATAM region corporate culture planning and operation; social media support (LinkedIn, TikTok) and employer branding activities; organization health improvement activities (surveys and internal culture initiatives).
  • Onboarding and general HR support: onboarding support; proficiency in Excel (basic level or higher) required.
  • HR Core assignment (10%): core assigned Learning and Development topics; performance development support.

Qualifications
  • Excel basic level or higher
  • Experience with graphic or design programs (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus
  • Korean language proficiency for a Korean-speaking role
