PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The HR Analyst will work as a generalist professional with a primary focus on Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Engagement & Culture Programs, Career Check-ins, and Internship & Apprenticeship Programs.
Responsible for executing HR processes in a structured manner, supporting leaders, and when applicable, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing practical adjustments to make Talent routines more efficient.
This role will also support HR initiatives to ensure the implementation of new practices, policies, and procedures.
KEY ACTIVITIES
- Performance Review: Support the entire performance management cycle: preparation and parametrization of the system, communication, deadline follow-up, and guidance to leaders and employees; Consolidate data and generate reports to support people management decisions.
- Talent Acquisition: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, feedback, and offers); Support hiring managers during interviews and decision-making, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Training & Development (T&D): Manage the corporate LMS platform (enrollments, monitoring, reporting); Support in internal and external training, educational programs, and mandatory certifications. Manage budget control, approval process, request forms, KPIs, etc
- Engagement & Culture: Assist in the execution of culture initiatives and employee engagement actions, including surveys and internal initiatives with employees and leaders.
- Internship & Apprenticeship Programs: Manage the internship and apprenticeship program, from recruitment to ongoing participant follow-up.
- Career Check-ins: Support the design and review of Career Check-in forms, monitor responses, and create management reports and insights for heads and HR. Analysis of people data, conduct interviews and Provide guidance to leaders and teams through action plans.
- Data & Reporting: Prepare HR reports in Excel related to talent management (recruitment, T&D, performance, engagement, career check ins and other).
- HR Initiatives Support: Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR practices, policies, and procedures; Act as a backup for payroll and benefits activities when needed, ensuring process continuity.
- HR System Management: Support when needed to update employees' information in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy
LOCATION:
Vila Olimpia, SP or Campinas - SP - Up to twice a week at the base office.
