Sinotruk is a worldwide leading company in the heavy vehicles industry, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional to join our new Subsidiary in Brazil and help us in achieving organizational excellence.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Senior Analyst will be responsible for design and implemention of HR functions and processes, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance with Brazilian labor laws. This role will play a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and supporting Sinotruk Brasil's mission to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs in partnership with finance teams.
  • Lead initiatives to promote a fair, inclusive, healthy and sustainable workplace.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for senior management.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
