Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist located in São Paulo, SP, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The specialist will handle day-to-day HR functions such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and supporting HR management activities. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor regulations, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Experience with Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and creating HR Policies.
- Proficiency in handling Employee Benefits and Personnel Management tasks.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and tact.
- Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee development is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
