Overview:

As LATAM Human Resources Manager, you will play a fundamental role in our company's expansion project in Latin American. This role requires a dynamic and trilingual professional (English, Spanish, and Portuguese) based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. And will collaborate closely with leadership teams to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices in the Latam region.

Responsibilities:

1. Experience in performing Strategic HR Leadership in line with the companys goals

2. Ability to manage employee relations in all directions

3. Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits policies

4. Experience in Talent Development and Recruitment strategies

5. Knowledge of risks, laws, and regulations related to HR in the Latam region

6. Ability to perform with different cultures in the Latam region.

7. Practical ability to perform in the first years without a structure in charge and then develop a compact team.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Manager in a technology company, preferably in the LATAM region.
  3. Trilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (mandatory condition).
  4. In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Brazil and other LATAM countries.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
