**About the Role**As a Project Manager, you will have a critical role for the Enablement organization within CommOps, responsible for the successful analysis, definition, implementation, and monitoring of the launch of the projects, improving the customer experience and drive operational efficiencies across the megaregion. In this particular role, you will help other teams accomplish the successful launching of this core initiative for the company.As a member of the Enablement Team, you will also influence company-wide decisions related to our overall support strategies through data analysis and insight generation. As well, you’ll be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to tackle, from the root cause, some product-related issues such as customer experience specific definitions in a holistic way that both eliminates defects and provides best in class support experience for our users.This role is focused on project management, customer experience, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvements through collaboration, organization, and data analysis.- Executing the project management on our portfolio from beginning to end, as well as guaranteeing its health towards transitioning to its final owner. This includes everything from the project ideation, iteration, execution, implementation, to data analysis and insight generation, measuring and monitoring, and communication of impact and results;- Lead the continuous improvement, effectiveness, and efficiency of our projects, assessing root-causes, and coordinating action plans with key stakeholders to implement a remediation plan if needed;- Define and implement basic prioritization frameworks that are aligned with high- level business strategy;- Own data analysis and visualization, and communicate the project outcomes/impact to various partners to aid strategic decisions for new product improvements in support experience for all customers.**Basic Qualifications**- A Bachelor's Degree;- English proficiency;- Minimum 2 years of project management experience- handling complex, dynamic projects from beginning to end;- Excellent organizational skills - You effectively prioritize work to target the highest-impact issues first;- Problem-solving attitude - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role. A self-starter attitude is a must- Analytical approach - You are able to diagnose problems, identify root cause issues, and action them through project definition and execution;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to monitor, measure and share project results/impact in an effective manner to a senior audience;- Experience running cross-functional projects and a large, complex web of partners, powered by analytical insights;- A successful history of using data to drive quantifiable change, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional decision-making;**Preferred Qualifications**- Scrum certification or PMP;- Six sigma certification is a plus
