We are seeking a skilled Technical Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and connecting top technical talent through various sourcing channels. Responsibilities include: Sourcing and engagement of technical candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channels. Built and maintained pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles. Partnership with Recruiters and Resource Managers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality leads. Initial outreach and screening conversations to assess technical fit, interest level, and alignment with open positions. Development of targeted search strategies using advanced Boolean logic, filters, and data mining techniques. Requirements: Excellent English skills – both written and verbal. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles (e.g., software engineering, IT, data, or product). Proven experience using Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Strong understanding of Boolean search, technical keyword targeting, and sourcing best practices.
