Quality Assurance Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team and lead our QA efforts - allowing us to deliver the best customer experience in the Legal industry.**Requirements**:- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of Pogust Goodhead.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and criteria for items of work.- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and a passion for QA.- Assess current QA processes and identify areas for improvement.- Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various projects.- Oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards.- Drive the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency.- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the development process.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Litigation/Customer Development Teams, PMO, and Data, to ensure a seamless and high-quality release process.- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for QA processes and regularly report on the status of quality to stakeholders.- Analyse testing metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Ensure that QA processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.**About You**- Demonstrated experience as a QA Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of successful QA project delivery.- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, and a proactive approach to leveraging technology for quality improvements.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.**Benefits****The PG Commitment**At Pogust Goodhead we believe in championing individual growth and achievement.
