**/O dia a dia consiste em**:
- Analisar e gerar relatórios do funil de conversão;
- Acompanhar métricas dos testes e personalizações;
- Realizar análises simples dos resultados dos testes;
- Sugerir hipóteses que podem ser testadas;
- Desenvolver dashboards de acompanhamento;
- Controlar o backlog de experimentos;
- Analisar e definir prioridade de testes;
- Realizar análises de comportamento de usuário utilizando métodos qualitativos e quantitativos;
- Realizar análises segmentadas dos resultados dos testes;
- Modelar testes (defesa da hipótese, definição das métricas de sucesso, alinhamento com o time de negócio e acompanhamento do desenvolvimento do teste);
- Planejar a implementação das ferramentas de testes e personalizações;
- Realizar análise de benchmarking;
- Apresentar resultados e aprendizados da frente de CRO;
- Apoiar na implementação do framework de CRO da MATH;
- Garantir a excelência nas entregas de vários projetos;
- Planejar e implementar frentes de CRO em grandes clientes.

- Superior completo em Tecnologia, Marketing ou área correlatas a atuação da MATH;
- Conhecimento em Google Analytics IQ;
- Conhecimento em Google DataStudio e Power BI;
- Conhecimento em Hotjar;
- Conhecimento em Google Optmize
