Overview

Customer Service Data Analyst - Campinas/SP at Solenis . Hybrid work model. Location: Campinas/SP.


Responsibilities
  • Review and manage data entry requests to ensure accuracy, using Salesforce, spreadsheets, and other data sources.
  • Resolve data discrepancies by communicating with relevant cross-functional teams and collaborating to update information.
  • Propose recommendations and implement improvements to existing processes.
  • Perform data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Upon receiving data requests, take ownership of the task and resolve it within KPIs, coordinating activities with other departments as needed to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in relevant meetings to identify ways to improve the service provided to internal and external customers.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma (completed).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Experience working with large volumes of data in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analysis and visualization tools (SAP, Salesforce, other Microsoft Office applications).
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations.
