RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the LATAM Marketing Team to define the learning agenda and research program for their market
- Manage marketing campaign research in LATAM which may include concept/exploratory research, creative testing and media effectiveness studies, brand tracking, segmentation studies, and creative testing
- Participate in global research projects including brand tracking, segmentation studies, consumer journeys and competitive research
- Extract key market-level insights and implications from wider research programs
- Own relationships with research agencies
- Write RFPs, review proposals, end to end project management, successfully deliver insights into the marketing team.
- Be a key contributor to global projects
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative/qualitative research
- A range of experience with a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods, which may include; Brand Tracking, Campaign Development, Creative Pre Testing, Campaign Evaluation and Segmentation Studies
- Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English (fluency in the Spanish language is a plus)
