The **Communications Manager **will support Boeing’s growing presence in Brazil, working closely with enterprise functions and business units. Find your future with us.**Position Responsibilities**:- Develop and executes corporate communication strategies to support external and internal corporate initiatives, as well as activities related to diversity, community and government engagements- Support the business objectives of Boeing International, Corporate, Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Boeing Defense Space and Security and Boeing Global Services- Develop and execute crisis/issues communication- Serve as a supporting company spokesperson- Foster relationships with key external stakeholders including media, customers, universities and community leaders- Develop compelling stories and related content that promote, enhance, and protect Boeing’s brand reputation- Lead Boeing Brazil digital and social media presence including support to management of data-based system (CommTech) that enables development, distribution, optimization and tracking of content for several on and offline platforms- Contribute to internal and external corporate owned channels including LinkedIn, Boeing Brazil website and Boeing News Now- Support execution of executive communication strategies through external media and thought leadership and serve as strategic counselor to local leaders- Design and support effective communications to engage, connect and align employees in Brazil with company values, culture, business objectives and priorities- Manage PR agencyMain Focus Areas- Strategic Planning- Strategic Counsel & Intelligence- Media Relations- Events Organization- Issues Management and Crisis Communications- Digital and Social Media- Internal Communications- Agency Management**Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.****Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:- Must be legally able to work in Brazil- Fluent in both written and verbal English and Portuguese- Significant experience in communications roles with major international corporations in Brazil. Significant experience working with key stakeholders, not only media- Exceptional media relations skills and media network (traditional and digital) with significant crisis and issues management experience- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20% of the time**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:- In-depth knowledge of Brazil traditional and digital/social media, the international business environment and Brazil/US relations- Strong knowledge of digital and social media communications strategies and tactics, including SEO-based communications- Exceptional market-focused business judgment and proven strategic counseling skills- Proven public affairs capabilities to work effectively with government, political networks, business associations, strategic partners, customers and media- Strategic vision and creativity matched with hands-on tactical approach- Superior communication, writing and presentation skills; Ability to write strong executive speeches, news releases and articles for publication- The ability to think provocatively and work collaboratively- Ability to organize/prioritize many concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining keen attention to detail and follow-through**Relocation**:**Additional Information**:When possible, please also submit a CV or resume written in English.
