This position would be part of J&J’s Cybersecurity Communications, Training and Awareness team.As the Cybersecurity Communications and Awareness Manager, you will play a vital role in helping shape our internal communications strategy specifically focused on cybersecurity initiatives to enhance employee engagement and support initiatives and changes designed to optimize the adoption and effectiveness of security measures across J&J. In this position, you will help manage communication strategies and create content that align with our leadership team's objectives and ensure they are effectively conveyed and understood across all levels of the organization.You will be responsible for:- Strategic Communications Development: Build and execute internal communications strategies, tactics and content that that aligns security messaging with business objectives and helps drive awareness of ISRM across J&J.- Change Management: Work with ISRM product owners and program managers to support prioritized change management initiatives, shaping communications strategies and executing to optimize the adoption and effectiveness of security measures across J&J.- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to internal communications surrounding cybersecurity initiatives, enhancing coordination and clarity across the organization.- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that encourage employee participation and understanding of cybersecurity practices, utilizing our culture and values to promote effective two-way communication.- Leadership Communication Support: Help guide and support the communication needs of our leadership team and help facilitate internal webinars and other events.- Corporate Communication Coordination: Collaborate with Johnson & Johnson Technology Corporate Communications colleagues and other cross-functional partners to support internal and external activities and content focused on cybersecurity.- Intranet and Communication Channels Maintenance: Help manage and maintain the Cybersecurity Intranet site, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging for all employees, while implementing best practices for content creation, management, and governance.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field required.- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Communications, Business and Marketing and Change Management in Healthcare and Technology.- Experience working within a product and services operating model and project management a plus.- Proven track record in strategic communications, change management, and the development of programs to enhance employee culture.- Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.- Experience in MedTech, Pharmaceutical and Digital a plus.- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.- Creative thinker with strong storytelling capabilities to convey complex concepts simply and effectively.Position must be based in following locations with flex schedule requirement of 3-days in office: Sao Paulo or Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil; Warsaw, Poland.Required travel: 10-20 percent.
