**Suas missões e responsabilidades**:

- Developing and leading the Brazil (BRA) communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and corporate positioning.
- Strengthening corporate reputation and thought leadership by crafting compelling narratives that reinforce the company's vision and market presence.
- Ensuring external public presence, supporting spokespeople with strategic messaging, speeches, industry narratives, and media engagement.
- Managing external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels and stakeholders.
- Ensure internal communication, collaborating with the Head of Employee and Engagement to ensure the employee strategy locally.
- Leading media relations, building and maintaining strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and media outlets to maximize positive coverage.
- Driving brand positioning, leveraging digital and traditional media to enhance brand awareness and corporate storytelling.
- Overseeing crisis and reputation management, ensuring the company is prepared to address challenges proactively and effectively.
- Aligning marketing and business communications, integrating key messages into commercial and customer-facing initiatives.
- Being responsible for the planning and execution of corporate and product events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
- Exploring and adopting new communication tools and channels, keeping pace with evolving trends to ensure innovative and impactful communication strategies.
- Influencing and collaborating with key internal stakeholders and partners, ensuring strategic alignment across departments and regions.
- This role is functionally reporting to the Head of LAM Strategic Marketing, and is the trusted partner to the Latin America leadership team on communications.
