Social Communications Manager, Brazil

**Social Communications Manager, Brazil Responsibilities**:
- Lead the creation and delivery of innovative campaigns which reach the right audiences with relevant, locally resonant and engaging content about our products and innovations
- Oversee Meta’s owned social channels in Brazil
- Manage budgets and external agency teams
- Set goals and metrics, using data to identify insights and evolve our strategy
- Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Brazil and globally to align on priorities and develop long-term strategic plans
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 6-8+ years of experience in social media, Communications, Marketing or a related field
- Experience leading social media strategies for high-profile brands or consumer-facing products in Brazil - either in-house or agency
- Expertise in developing, delivering and measuring social media campaigns which have delivered clear and quantifiable ROI
- Experience creating content that drives organic engagement
- Deep understanding of Brazil social media landscape and consumer trends
- Experience working with creators is desirable
