Join to apply for the SalesForce Solution Designer role at Infosys Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of SalesForce Solution Designer to join our team. Main Activities And Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to design and implement customized Salesforce solutions. Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions, guiding decision-making between business stakeholders and implementation teams. Attend meetings with business stakeholders in an Agile environment to understand their needs, define user stories, and collaboratively estimate the effort required. Work on new user stories and support requests based on priority. Plan and perform large-scale data migration activities from various legacy systems to Salesforce. Create technical specifications for Salesforce configurations and customizations. Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices. Required Qualifications Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations. Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning components, and Flows. Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns. Understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing architecture. Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Additional Information Type of work : CLT, Flexible hours.
