Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and respond to security events, with a strong focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) including analyzing data movement, enforcing classification standards, and coordinating remediation efforts. Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, threats, and technologies to stay ahead of potential security risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and processes to protect sensitive data. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification. 2+ years of experience in a SOC or incident response role, with a proven track record of success. Familiarity with DLP technologies, SIEM systems, and endpoint protection solutions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience tuning DLP policies and rules for improved accuracy and reduced false positives. Familiarity with cloud security controls and data governance concepts. Basic scripting or automation knowledge to support repetitive triage tasks.
