Procurement Analyst – Accruent Recruiting a motivated and experienced Procurement Analyst to join Accruent’s Operations and Procurement Team. The role focuses on managing indirect category procurement processes and reports directly to the Director of Procurement. This is a remote work‑from‑home opportunity with flexible office space on demand. How You'll Make a Difference Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies for indirect spend categories. Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals with optimal terms. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirement documentation. Forecast price and market trends and identify changes in the market. Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking. Assess, manage, and mitigate risks. Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries. You’ll Stand Out If You Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Be comfortable working in both a team environment and independently. Have strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Display strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Preferred Skills/Experience Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, finance or accounting. 3‑5 years of work experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Officer, Category Owner or a relevant role. Solid knowledge of procurement processes, policy, and systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent Excel skills. Excellent negotiation and decision‑making skills. Ability to gather and analyze data and work with figures. CPSM, PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
