Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are essential to continue building our history of pioneering and innovation, which has been impacting the health of more than 1 billion patients and consumers every day for more than 130 years.Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.We are searching for the best talent for a Analyst, Procurement Warehousing to be located at São José dos Campos, Brazil.Reporting to the Sr.Manager, Procurement Warehousing Americas, the Analyst, Procurement Warehousing will be responsible for supporting Global and regional (Americas) procurement warehousing activities.Ensures procurement needs of the External Warehouse Category and MedTech Deliver are met in a timely and cost-effective manner across all Franchises and business units as required with particular focus on America's Region.**Qualifications**:Expectations:- Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on procurement data related to 3PL warehouse services and materials.Develop dashboards and reports to track procurement performance, supplier KPIs, and cost trends across Americas and global markets.- Market & Supplier Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and supplier performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and risk mitigation strategies.Provide insights to support regional and global sourcing strategies.- Procurement Process Support: Assist in the optimization of procurement processes by analyzing workflow efficiencies, identifying gaps, and recommending process improvements.Complete tactical process activities at both regional and global level.- Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide analytical support in supplier negotiations and manage communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement requirements and strategies.- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate Warehousing Category KPIs.Analyze trends and report on areas of improvement or concerns to senior procurement leadership.- Ad-hoc Projects & Reporting: Support various ad-hoc projects related to procurement analysis, including cost-saving initiatives, supplier evaluations, and regional/global strategy reviews.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.- Ability to collect and synthesize data from various stakeholders.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and global teams.- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to own global team responsibility for organization of Microsoft Teams/Sharepoint- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
