Local Unit & Position Description:- Set-up, maintenance and monitoring/controlling of orders/projects in Finance system- Archiving of project and subsidy documentation- Preparation and issuance invoices according to tax law requirements- Supporting bad debts collection- Produce and evaluate work in progress, review of status for invoicing- Review supplier’s invoices and allocate them to the corresponding project- Support and information: responsible for timely and correct supply of relevant data to Business Controllers, Project Controllers and Project ManagersPosition Qualifications:- Good communication skills and a strong team player with a proactive attitude- Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting (or other relevant discipline)- Very good spoken and written command of English and Spanish- Excellent knowledge of Excel- Excellent analytical skills- Acting in an assertive, calm and self-confident manner with in- and external business partners- Highly independent, structured way of workingCompany & Business Area Description:**DNV Supply Chain & Product Assurance**DNV is an independent assurance and risk management provider, operating in more than 100 countries.
