Local Unit & Position Description:

- Set-up, maintenance and monitoring/controlling of orders/projects in Finance system
- Archiving of project and subsidy documentation
- Preparation and issuance invoices according to tax law requirements
- Supporting bad debts collection
- Produce and evaluate work in progress, review of status for invoicing
- Review supplier’s invoices and allocate them to the corresponding project
- Support and information: responsible for timely and correct supply of relevant data to Business Controllers, Project Controllers and Project Managers

Position Qualifications:

- Good communication skills and a strong team player with a proactive attitude
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting (or other relevant discipline)
- Very good spoken and written command of English and Spanish
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Acting in an assertive, calm and self-confident manner with in
- and external business partners
- Highly independent, structured way of working
