Must be fluent in both Portuguese and English.****What You'll Do:*** Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.* Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations.* Prepare technical proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).* Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and input into the product roadmap.* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions and stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the security industry.* Work with the marketing team to develop technical marketing materials, such as whitepapers and solution briefs, that support our sales efforts.* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts.**What You'll Need:*** Experienced in endpoint or network security space – AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.* Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems* Can easily articulate complex security problems to a diverse set of audiences* Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently* Can work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should be the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives* Extensive contacts in the information security field and strong references* Strong understanding of MEDDIC based sales process and how to effectively communicate technical solutions to customers and prospects.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field* Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience* Experience working with government/federal projects and RFP sales* Ability to travel as required**Bonus Points:*** Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis* Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash* Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies* Experience with large scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.* Understanding of the OSI model* Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS#LI-Remote#LI-JN1#LI-AB3**Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:*** Remote-friendly and flexible work culture* Market leader in compensation and equity awards* Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs* Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge* Paid parental and adoption leaves* Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role* Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections* Vibrant office culture with world class amenities* Great Place to Work Certified across the globeCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
