About this Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including tracking deals and verifying contract data. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire accounts receivable lifecycle, from invoicing to payment processing. Collaborate with teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments. Develop and maintain effective relationships with agencies to collect invoices and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure accurate financial records and categorize transactions correctly. Support various reporting workflows and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AR best practices. Excellent English proficiency and communication skills. Experience working with U.S.-based teams and partners.
