Requisitos do Cargo Experiência com atendimento a canal de distribuição e/ou cliente final. Mínima: 2 a 3 anos. Desejável: 4 a 5 anos. Escolaridade Requerida Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatadas. Conhecimentos Requeridos Foco na solução de problemas. Comunicação assertiva. Influência eficaz com foco no cliente. Organização de tarefas, com capacidade de priorização alinhadas com a estratégia e respeitando as diretrizes da empresa. Excelente relacionamento interpessoal. Alta capacidade de negociação. Proativo(a) e resolutivo(a) em face a desafios trazidos por clientes internos e externos. Conhecimentos Intermediário das ferramentas MSOffice. Planejamento completo e gerenciamento consistente. Inglês Intermediário. Conhecimentos Desejáveis Espanhol Intermediário. Office Avançado (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI etc.). MS Dynamics (NAV/Business Central). Gerenciamento de Projeto. Principais Atividades / Responsabilidades da Posição Atender a rede de distribuidores. Receber e gerenciar ordens de clientes. Liderar negociações internas para atendimento ao cliente. Elaborar relatórios para tomada de decisão. Desenvolver, implementar e acompanhar métricas de atendimento ao cliente. Desenvolver e implementar ações de comunicação com revendas. Apoiar o time comercial nas negociações com revendas e clientes. Acompanhar visitas a revendas/clientes, se necessário, com objetivo da melhoria de processos e experiência com a marca Lindsay.
