EdgeUno is seeking a visionary and technically seasonedSystems & Platform Manager to lead ourSystems Engineering, BSS/OSS, and Data Architecture initiatives across the organization. This role is central to designing and delivering the mission-critical platforms that power EdgeUno's internal operations and processes.

This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a senior professional with over10 years of experience in systems architecture, enterprise platforms, data infrastructure, and service provider operations. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of systems engineers, platform and product owners, automation specialists, and data professionals to enable operational excellence, technical scalability, and platform-driven innovation.

Core Responsibilities

1. Department Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and mentor a high-performance team across Systems Engineering, System Architects, Database, Automation, and Product Ownership roles.
  • Define and execute the strategy for scalable, automated, and reliable platforms supporting business operations, BSS/OSS, and customer enablement.
  • Establish and enforce standards for systems architecture, process design, integration, and data governance.

2. Systems Architecture & Infrastructure

  • Own the evolution and operational integrity of internal system infrastructure, including Windows and Linux-based environments, virtualized workloads, middleware, and shared services.
  • Drive modernization and resilience strategies across compute, storage, and services layers in collaboration with Business stakeholders, Cloud and Network teams.
