**This position**
This position will provide support, knowledge, communication and partnership to the Talent Acquisition team with regards to interview scheduling and the entry and audit of key employment information into our Applicant Tracking System. Partnering with recruiters, talent acquisition operations, and HR Partners to ensure that all details in the system are accurate and comprehensive.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations Coordination and is designated Flex.
**Responsibilities**
- Open, audit, post, and maintain job descriptions on our job boards in compliance with EEOC and AAP guidelines as well as official company branded templates
- Oversee and manage the entry and validation of all employment position-fulfillment information into Applicant Tracking System
- Audit details provided, research discrepancies in various HRIS systems and ensure accuracy
- Maintain and assist the timely tracking of various recruiting processes and assist with data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Be the day to day resource for the LATAM Recruiters on processes and coordination of job posts and offer details
- Communicate with business partners and manager as errors are discovered, for ongoing training opportunity of team
- Support and partner with the Lead, TA Operations Coordination to drive efficiencies, process and program improvement
- Help manage shared inbox to ensure all tasks are completed
- Partner with manager to ensure programs and processes are in global alignment
**Basic qualifications**
- BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- Bilingual - fluent in English and Portuguese, both verbal and written communications
**Preferred qualifications**
- Trilingual - fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, both verbal and written communications
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS or Greenhouse preferred)
- Ability to provide exceptional, consistent customer service to internal and external clients
- Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
- Solid computer skills, including experience with G-Suite and MS Office (Excel)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with multiple lines of business in a high-volume setting
- Previous audit experience, report generation, and process implementation is a plus
- Professional, effective and approachable communication style, you build rapport easily and understand the value of forging positive working partnerships in both your direct team and the wider business
**Vaccination requirement**
