Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to oversee our company's financial operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Evaluate accurate and timely reporting of financial performance to the management team.
  • Manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
  • Process employee payroll.
  • Reconcile financial records.
