Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for organizing and controlling accounts payable, ensuring compliance with legislation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Main Responsibilities- Organize and control accounts payable, including supplier invoices and payment processes
- Analyze documents to ensure compliance with legislation and avoid risks
- Register all supplier invoices and payment processes in accounting systems
- Analyze and maintain reconciliations between AP, Bank, and Account
- Support other areas of the business
- Propose improvement actions to enhance financial operations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of accounting systems, particularly Concur and SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 100% on-site in the Berrini region
