Key Role: Financial Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accurate cash flow management.
  • Classify clients correctly and accurately record sales data.
  • Generate and send timely invoices to customers for goods or services rendered.
  • Record and deposit customer payments promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email or phone to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and finance departments to enhance overall business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance routines, preferably in accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheet software and integrated management systems (ERP).
  • Familiarity with financial operations processes, including collections and cash management.

Preferred Qualifications:
