Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and posting invoices accurately, adhering to deadlines and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and post invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Become knowledgeable about client invoice requirements and ensure adherence to established protocols.
  • Perform thorough compliance checks on all transactions, approving or rejecting as necessary.
  • Manage billing mailboxes, respond to queries, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Support inter-company non-cash settlements, including reporting and sales ledger housekeeping.
  • Prepare month-end reports and closing, managing business group re-charges and free text invoice requests.
  • Provide AR support outside of billing periods, ensuring unposted cash receipts are reconciled and posted before month-end close.

  • Prior experience working in a demanding professional environment with high-quality outputs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and data input accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, with a flexible approach to teamwork.
