We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to support our billing operations in Brazil and the United States.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Support a team responsible for managing billing operations across both countries.
- Oversee new projects, develop solutions, and monitor internal accounting teams to ensure proper billing order closures for external clients.
- Track customer transactions to ensure accurate entries or adjustments in our ERP systems.
- Follow up on commission processes and promotional campaigns.
We require hands-on experience, a proactive attitude, and strong results orientation. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with financial systems such as Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar is necessary. Additionally, the candidate should have advanced English skills, which will be assessed during the interview.
