We're seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key position within our organization. As a Senior Financial Services Expert, you'll be responsible for leading high-impact projects in wholesale banking, capital markets, and treasury.
- Develop end-to-end solutions with a comprehensive view of financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement complex financial products.
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects, as well as strong knowledge of financial products and holistic understanding of processes across Front, Middle, Back Office, and Risk.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Interacting with multiple teams (treasury, risk, operations, compliance, tech).
- Supporting digital transformation and modernization of financial systems.
- Fluent English.
- Solid communication, structured thinking, autonomy, and adaptability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics / Statistics, or Information Systems / Computer Science.
Preferred qualifications include intermediate or advanced Spanish, experience in financial risk (market, counterparty, ALM), and knowledge of financial management, accounting for financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
