Senior Accounting Analyst Job Description
">Our company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, as well as preparing and reviewing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable, preparing files for bank transmission.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Organize payment receipt write-offs.
- Monitor and control receipts.
- Issue billing and send it to requesting areas.
- Support accounting department activities in monthly closings.
- Attend audits, delivering requested documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree of Science in Accounting.
- 4-6 years of experience in the field.
- Experience with accounting reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Brazilian accounting procedures.
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Experience with invoicing.
- Intermediate English proficiency (Writing and Speaking).
