About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial governance following our Financial Control Framework and the Red Book, as well as managing investments, cash flow, and liquidity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing working capital, accounts payable, receivable, and collections.
- Overseeing derivatives, foreign exchange, and intercompany debt.
- Negotiating banking rates and conditions.
- Overseeing insurance policies related to property, D&O, transport, and engineering risks.
- Supporting shared services activities like treasury, credit, and collections.
- Managing office facilities and vehicle fleet in Sao Paulo.
- Collaborating with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Accounting, IT, Procurement, and Sales departments.
- Coordinating with the Group Treasury team.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A higher education degree.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in treasury management and derivatives/hedge contracts.
- Operational expertise in accounts payable and receivable.
- Cash management and bank relationship skills.
- Support for internal/external audits and controls.
