We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Expert to oversee financial operations, profitability, and reporting for our assigned region.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, revenue recognition, and business analysis within the IT services industry. They will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans, monitor project performance, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, forecasting revenue and expenses, and performing ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Accounting and Finance Background: Minimum 8 years of combined experience in accounting (US GAAP), revenue recognition, and business analysis within the IT services industry.
- Business Analysis and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analysis and modeling, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior management.
