Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Lead

The role of a Senior Financial Operations Lead is to oversee and execute financial operations strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires a high level of expertise in financial management, process improvement, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing daily checking and billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity using Intelligent Automation (IA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial operations teams, with a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities:Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
Stakeholder and Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal departments, clients, and vendors to resolve operational issues and maintain excellent service levels.
Reporting and Strategic Insights:
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in financial operations management, with preference for candidates from the advertising industry.
