We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Specialist to join our Finance team in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our financial operations.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes in accordance with local regulations while ensuring compliance with global finance policies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to manage accounting and financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely accounting and tax closing.
- Act as primary liaison with external accounting firms, monitoring deliverables, service quality, and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise from regulated businesses, such as banks or brokers, in roles like Financial Specialist or Accounting & Finance Specialist. Previous experience in projects like new products or markets is a plus.
Responsibilities- Manage financial data and reports, including cash flow statements and balance sheets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain accounting, operational, and capital policies in line with current regulations and business needs.
- Lead external audit activities, ensuring alignment with both regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Controllership, Accounting Management, or Finance for regulated financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge in accounting, finance, financial operations, cash management, tax, and payment processes.
