-Job description
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and leading the operations processing of some products and part of the team supporting them in the trade lifecycle activities which include but is not limitted to Trade Validation, Confirmation and Affirmation, Pre-matching, Settlement, Reconciliations, among others;
The Operations Manager is reponsible for:
- Ensure adherance to Global Operations Blueprint;
- Design effective controls according to Non Financial Risk framework;
- Manage part of the FX Processing team in compliance with Local regulations and HSBC Global Standards;
The Operations Manager focus is to provide:
- cost efficient service delivery proposition for the products under its management;
- drive up client advocacy;
- realise lower operating costs;
The Operations Manager is the point of contact for the products under its management;
Requirements
Knowledge about FX Products traded in the Brazilian market;
Qualifications and Experience in the NEW FX rules of Central bank (Brazil)
Fluent in Portuguese
Advanced English
Bachelor degreed
