Financial Operations Professional

You will be working as a Financial Operations Manager, overseeing the financial management of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include leading day-to-day accounting operations, managing contract accounting firms, and liaising with commercial teams.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and has strong analytical skills. You should have at least 5 years of experience in accounting and possess a degree in Accounting or Finance. Additionally, you should have knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle ERP. Knowledge of Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish being a plus.
Your Role
As a Financial Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Support customer invoicing and sales tax calculation.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures.
- Support financial processes and IT system improvements.
- Oversee month-end closing and financial statements preparation.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operations.
