As we continue to grow and expand our international teams, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Financial Operations Manager.

This position will be based in São Paulo and requires someone with a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow planning. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, finance, controlling, accounting, or a related field, as well as at least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various areas of financial reporting, including month, quarter, and year-end close, as well as daily/monthly accounting processes. They will also be involved in preparing and analyzing monthly/quarterly and annual results, and preparing short- and long-term financial projections.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Financial Operations Manager will be expected to manage and control accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow, including process improvements for receivables reconciliations. They will also be responsible for managing new vendors and business partners registration.

We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, pro-active, and people-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required, as well as fluency in Portuguese and English.
