Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the financial operations team to achieve business objectives and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective financial processes, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and industry standards related to financial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations, with a strong background in accounting principles and regulations.
  • Proven track record of success in leading financial operations teams and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, including ERP/MRP systems, especially SAPB1.
