Job Description As an Affiliate Administrator, you will play a vital role in shaping the affiliate marketing strategy for a top U.S.-based agency. This role involves managing partner communications, campaign execution, and ensuring accuracy in performance reporting. Performance Reporting: Generate reports using proprietary analytics tools to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement. Compliance Monitoring: Regularly check affiliate sites for promotion code validity and send notifications to partners with violations. Outreach for Corrections: Send emails requesting corrections for compliance violations to maintain high standards. BrandVerity Checks: Monitor trademark infringements and follow up with violators to protect the company's brand. KPI Oversight: Track daily client KPIs and flag discrepancies to the Account Manager to ensure timely resolution. Publisher Outreach: Research and build publisher lists to expand the company's affiliate network. Key responsibilities include: Working closely with the team to develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy. Identifying opportunities for growth and implementing plans to capitalize on them. Collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Required skills and qualifications: 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field. Familiarity with Commission Junction or similar tools. Strong English communication skills. Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office proficiency.
