Job Description
Position Overview
As an Affiliate Manager at Estoy, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing partnerships that drive user acquisition and revenue growth. You'll develop creative strategies to attract affiliates, strengthen relationships with existing partners, and ensure Estoy's affiliate ecosystem continues to grow sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates and strategic partners in the crypto and fintech space.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Negotiate commission structures, promotional opportunities, and exclusive deals with partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure accurate brand representation and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor affiliate activities to prevent fraud and ensure adherence to Estoy's terms and policies.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with leadership.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate or partnership management (preferably in crypto, fintech, or online trading).
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance marketing tools (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, CJ Affiliate, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to drive measurable results and meet growth goals.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with crypto exchanges or blockchain-related products.
- Familiarity with compliance and KYC processes in the crypto industry.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
