A fast-growing, market-leading company is looking to bring on board a Global Pre-Sales Manager to lead opportunity generation and drive the development of the sales funnel across multiple markets. This role blends leadership, analysis, commercial strategy, and execution, with a direct impact on business results. Key responsibilities Lead the Pre-Sales function strategically, with a focus on mid- and long-term results. Define, prioritize, and roll out opportunity generation strategies across local and international markets. Manage and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring quality, conversion, and predictability. Track key performance indicators (OKRs and KRs), identify gaps, and propose corrective actions. Lead, develop, and mentor the commercial team, driving performance and professional growth. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging, processes, and priorities. Actively participate in international expansion initiatives and strategic projects. Ensure the continuous evolution of the commercial playbook, incorporating best practices and global benchmarks. Requirements Fluent English (mandatory). Spanish is a plus. Experience working in international markets. 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, with at least 2 years in leadership positions. Proven experience managing sales teams and developing new business. Strong consultative sales profile. Previous experience in technology companies is a plus.
