Marketing Manager (Gaming / Digital) | Level Up LATAM Level Up — one of Latin America’s leading game publishers and digital distributors — is seeking a strategic and hands‑onMarketing Manager to lead growth, performance, and brand campaigns across multiple channels and markets. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about gaming, digital performance, and creative storytelling grounded in data and consumer insight. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing strategies for gaming and e-commerce projects, including SEO/SEM, paid social, programmatic, CRM, content, PR, and events. Lead media planning and buying across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, DSPs, programmatic), managing budget allocation, channel mix, and optimization to achieve ROI/ROAS and acquisition targets. Conduct market and consumer research, competitive benchmarking, and audience behaviour analysis to guide creative direction and campaign planning. Oversee public relations and event management, including press outreach, media coordination, regional activations, and participation in major gaming conventions. Manage creative briefs, content calendars, and brand activations to ensure consistent, localized, and engaging messaging across all LATAM markets. Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Community) to drive visibility, engagement, and performance. Build and present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Represent Level Up in external presentations and pitches, showcasing the company’s marketing capabilities and leading proposals to close new deals, partnerships, and co‑marketing campaigns with global publishers and brands. Support marketplace and D2C growth (Mercado Libre, Amazon, Hype Games, and other local platforms). Requirements 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, or brand management, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or e‑commerce. Strong command of GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DSPs, and performance tracking tools. Proven ability in consumer research and competitive benchmarking to inform creative and strategic planning. Excellent communication, pitching, and storytelling skills — capable of representing the company and closing high‑impact opportunities. Familiarity with gaming industry trends, community engagement, and in‑game event marketing. Experience working with media and PR agencies for campaign rollout and optimisation. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. Team player with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. Nice to Have Experience managing creator/influencer programs or esports activations. Hands‑on experience with marketplace and D2C performance marketing.
