Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.**About the Team**:- Here at Shopee, we are dedicated to maintaining a secure and trusted platform to protect our business and the interests of our customers, vendors, and partners.- Shopee's Operations teams cover the entire end-to-end operational process, from the moment the shopper searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the shopper receives the goods. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, Fraud, and Compliance. Browse our operations team's vacancies to see how you can impact us.- Perform analysis and propose improvements related to strategic planning;- Analyze the operational indicators for decision-making with the management;- Be responsible for developing mechanisms that provide the lowest default rate for the company and efficiency in credit recovery;- Knowledge of quality monitoring and calibration;- Lead by example and engage the team in achieving common goals;- Direct teams to obtain the best operational results;- Identify root causes of problems and propose qualified action scenarios for management decision making, with pros, cons, qualitative and quantitative, and recommendations.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree;- English at an advanced level or higher;- Previous experience as a collection leader;- Knowledge of performance appraisal procedures;- Outstanding Communication and Negotiation Skills;- Have a results-oriented approach;- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;- Have already worked with improvement for operational team.
