Job Title About Our Company: We're a global delivery giant revolutionizing food and consumer product delivery worldwide. Our core belief is 'We help people eat better, live better.' We've become an industry leader in Hong Kong and are expanding into Saudi Arabia. What You'll Do: Gain insights into the issues merchants face on various delivery platforms and understand their genuine needs. Drive project initiation, implementation, and achievement of results based on merchant needs. Establish a merchant experience indicator system and guide project advancement through monitoring and operation of experience indicators. Required Skills: Certain operational experience in user experience. Experience in building and operating indicator systems, familiar with research tools and methods for analyzing results. Project management capabilities to collaborate with multiple parties to achieve project outcomes. Familiarity with the food delivery industry is preferred. Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages. Familiarity with product modules related to merchant settlement and billing in the Brazilian market is a plus.
