Overview Partner Account Executive at Akamai Technologies. The role is in Web Channel Sales, managing Akamai Channel Ecosystems through partnerships with high technology companies. Responsibilities Developing strategic partnerships to maximize territory opportunities through new accounts and meeting sales quotas Creating a high volume sales pipeline and ensuring forecast accuracy by articulating Akamai value to prospective customers Increasing revenue by identifying the most productive contacts within the reseller partner Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the development and growth of the partnerships Qualifications Have relevant experience in Outside or Channel sales Demonstrate an aptitude for building trusted relationships with partners across various levels of seniority Display an ethical approach to sales, show integrity, personal motivation and be able to uphold Akamai values Have experience within the technology industry and an enthusiasm to learn about internet and sales methodologies Demonstrate exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills in English and Spanish Demonstrate the ability to multitask, adapt and thrive within a dynamic work environment Work approach FlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, offers options to work from home, the office, or both.
