Information Technology Manager at LEDN LEDN is a global digital asset financial services company dedicated to democratizing access to the global economy through digital asset products and services. We offer a suite of lending, savings and trading products to holders of Bitcoin and other digital assets in over 150 countries. Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team. The role blends customer-facing support, cloud infrastructure management, automation and strategic technology leadership in a fast‑growing, security‑first environment. Responsibilities Serve as the first line of support for employees across the organization. Provision, deployment and management of technology equipment and onboarding for new hires. Design, build, document and maintain programs and policies that automate routine tasks. Administer SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, and Jira. Manage macOS endpoints, mobile device management tools and enterprise MDM solutions. Improve identity, access and single sign‑on tools such as Okta and Google Workspace. Prioritize and resolve help‑desk tickets, manage critical incidents and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and lead technology projects using agile methods. Qualifications 7+ years of experience administering SaaS systems in a cloud‑first environment. Proficiency with Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, and Netsuite. Strong scripting skills in Bash, Zsh, Python and knowledge of open‑source automation tools. Experience integrating SSO and building workflows in Okta and Google Workspace. Remote support experience across multiple time zones and familiarity with hardware shipping and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft clear help articles and support documentation. Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching). Security awareness and familiarity with PGP and basic authentication practices. Self‑management, strong organizational and task‑management skills, and the ability to scope projects accurately.
