What You Will Contribute
  • You will play a pivotal role in developing innovative Data & Analytics products and enhancing existing solutions within our portfolio. Using Enterprise Tableau, Tableau Prep, and Alteryx, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights to drive informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with business stakeholders to translate data visualization and analytics requirements into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
  • Develop initial dashboard mockups to align expectations and facilitate iterative feedback.
  • Analyze data sources and design end-to-end data processing logic.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Use Alteryx for data cleansing, transformation, and advanced analytics, ensuring data integrity throughout ETL.
  • Validate data accuracy and integrity used in Tableau dashboards.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, including code and design reviews.
  • Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency; ensure solutions meet standards.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users for Tableau dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal Mondelez and external teams (architects, data source owners, business analysts) and drive project management for new implementations and enhancements.
  • Participate in DevOps initiatives; contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Uphold security and compliance standards in all solutions; troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively.
  • Stay updated with Mondelez standards and architectural guidance.
Qualifications
  • Technical skills: experience in developing Tableau dashboards; experience with Alteryx and Tableau Prep or willingness to learn; proven Tableau performance optimization; SAP/HANA as a data source and other relational databases; SQL (Intermediate); Python (nice to have); Advanced Excel for data manipulation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Project Management
  • Ability to estimate, plan, and document projects, including High-Level Design and Technical Design documents.
  • Proficiency with Jira and other project management/collaboration tools.
  • Ability to own and drive projects end-to-end.
  • Scrum Master certification (nice to have).
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with internal and external partners.
Additional Details
  • Hybrid work options may be available for administrative vacancies; some remote work on select days.
  • No relocation support available.
